I have purchased my Home Inspectors Errors & Omissions Insurance through NAPLIA for the last six years.  I recently had a claim against the policy which I considered to fall under the General Liability portion of my policy.  The Insurance Carrier applied the claim against my E&O, including my deductible.  NAPLIA contacted the carrier and not only got them to reconsider the claim, but persuaded them to amend the claim to the GL, and refund the difference for my deductible.  NAPLIA truly looks out for my best interest, and I having them on my side is priceless.
